“Asia is a rich culinary melting pot where cultures and flavours blend to produce some of the most amazing dishes anywhere in the world. Several of the most popular dishes on my ensemble group restaurant menus are built on complex Asian flavour profiles. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to come to Hong Kong and Macau, and work alongside influencers in the Asian food and beverage industry”, says MacKay.
